We're The Candler Off Candler (TCOC), a small, family-owned creative business making original games, books and experiences. We're inviting a limited group of U.S.-based creators, game-night hosts and community partners to introduce our games to their audiences.
The founding partner pilot
- 10% commission on qualifying merchandise revenue from qualifying direct-to-consumer Rap It Up, Reel It In, Jam Session and Incentive game sales (including the current $19.99 game price) attributable to your approved referral link or code.
- No minimum follower count: We're interested in authentic communities, not just audience size.
- No fee to apply: We're reviewing a limited group of partners before activating tracked links.
- No automatic shopper discount: Partners earn on eligible sales; extra customer offers are available only if separately approved.
Start without buying inventory
Joining this referral program is free: there is no required inventory purchase, starter kit, product purchase, or minimum follower count. Partners can recommend games only when genuinely relevant to their audience. Earnings are commission-only and depend on qualifying customer purchases; you may earn nothing. This is not a job, a promise of income, or a substitute for reliable wages. We do not pay commissions for recruiting other partners. Partners cover their own optional expenses and are responsible for applicable taxes. We do not require you to buy products or pay for advertising to participate.

Music, hip-hop, movie-night and board-game creators; book and culture commentators; campus and community group leaders; game-night hosts; and independent shops or event organizers.

Important: Only qualifying sales of the four named TCOC games earn the published 10% commission. Books, gift sets and other products are not included unless separately approved in writing. The signup service may use generic commission wording; TCOC's specific program terms on this page govern the pilot. We will review applications before activating referral commissions.
How commissions work
Approved partners can access referral tracking through our BixGrow affiliate program after account activation. The 10% rate applies to eligible game merchandise amounts after product discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, refunded or canceled transactions, self-purchases, fraudulent orders, unauthorized coupon-site traffic and unapproved bulk/wholesale sales. Bundles, books, gift sets and other products are excluded unless we make a separate written offer. Commissions become eligible for payout after a 30-day validation period. Approved balances of $25 or more are reviewed for monthly payment, with payout methods and instructions confirmed in the partner agreement before activation.
Our community standards
Please share genuine opinions and disclose clearly when you earn a commission or receive a gifted product. For example: "I earn a commission if you buy through my link." Place that disclosure with your recommendation, including in videos where relevant. No spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or paid use of our brand in search and social ads without written permission. The Incentive game is not a substitute for professional mental-health care; partners must not claim medical or treatment outcomes. We may decline an application or end participation if these standards aren't followed.
