Shipping policy
The Candler Off Candler processes in-stock orders within 3–5 business days after payment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Available destinations, shipping options, and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Preorders follow the estimated shipping schedule stated on the product page rather than the in-stock processing window. Release and production schedules can change. If a preorder is delayed, we will contact you with updated timing and cancellation options. Contact us before placing a mixed order if you need in-stock items ahead of preorder items.

Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact us promptly to request an address correction or cancellation; changes may not be possible once an order has shipped. For delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries, email hello@thecandleroffcandler.com with your order number so we can investigate.
