Return and refund policy
For purchases from thecandleroffcandler.com, request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@thecandleroffcandler.com with your order number. Please contact us before mailing a return; we will provide instructions and the return address.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Opened games that have been played are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Opening packaging to inspect an unused, complete item does not by itself make it ineligible. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos are helpful where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. TCOC covers necessary return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items; these claims are not excluded because an item was opened or used to discover the problem.

Refund timing
We will inspect returned items and communicate the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
